FAQ

1. How long are shipping times?

Most products will ship within two days of your order, and could take 7-10 days to reach your doorstep. Each product on our site has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. 

 

2. What's your return policy?

We have a 14 day return policy.  As soon as you notify us of your return we will email you a shipping label for your convenience. So then we ask to just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full.  

 

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations will be accepted within the first 48 hours of purchase. Generally your product has shipped at point and Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation so please contact us and we will supply you with a return address label for your convenience. 

 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you ordered -- then simply notify us, send us a photo, and we will give you a full refund.

 

5. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes we do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected please let us know and we will email you a return address label along with a full refund.
